The Weekly Time Calendar report will show you at a glance, time and leave reported for all employees within your department, or a supervisor group, for any given month.
Log on to myUFL. Click the Main Menu link.
Click the Manager Self Service link.
Click the Time Management link.
Click the Time Management Home link.
To select a week click the Calendar.
To select a month click the drop down list.
For this example, select December.
To select the year, click the drop down list.
In this example, select 2010.
Next choose the day. In this example click 24.
You can choose any of the reporting options.
In this example, check Show Schedule.
The weekly time calendar is useful to view any exceptions, which can be corrected before approval.
In this example, check Show Exceptions.
Click the scrollbar.
The weekly time calendar shows the reported/payable time for each employee, for that week. Any exceptions can also be viewed, if you checked Show Exceptions in the criteria section on the previous screen.
