Audit Elapsed Time

In Audit Elapsed Time you can view an employee's time and leave for a particular day or week. You can see the date and time of a leave entry and who entered the leave.


The report is shown in real time, which means that you do not have to wait for overnight time administration to run, before you can view time and leave entered.

Log on to myUFL.  Click the Main Menu link.

Click  Time and Labor.

Click  Review Time.

Click the Audit Elapsed Time link.

You are now in the search screen.  You can search for the employee using any of the search fields.


In this example, click in the Empl ID field.

Enter the employee ID.


In this example type "35179121".

In this example, we will search for the time and labor reported for Justin Time. 


You can enter the start date for the report, or use the calendar.

In this example, we will use the start date of November 26, 2010.


To select the month click the drop down list.

In this example select November.

To select the year, click the drop down list.

In this example select 2010.

Next enter the day.


For this example, select 26.

You can enter the end date, or use calendar to look up.

In this example, the end date is December 2, 2010.


To select the month, select the drop down list.

For this example select December.

To select the year, click the drop down list.

In this example select 2010.

Next select the day.


In this example click 2.

You can now see the time and labor with time reporting codes reported for the period, for our example employee, Justin Time.


To view a particular day click the History link.

The Audit Date and Time Stamp field includes the date and time of the leave entry. The Audit User ID field shows the UF ID of the person who entered the leave.


Click the scrollbar.

The bottom of the page shows other field options.


Click the scrollbar.

Click the Return button.

Click the Previous tab button.

To review other entries click the Return to Search link.
