The screen for payable time summary and detail can be used to confirm time and leave entered and taken by an employee. It is therefore useful when checking any queries for time and leave reported.
Log on to myUFL. Click the Main Menu link.
Click Manager Self Service.
Click Time Management.
Click the Time Management Home link.
To search for the employee, click in the Empl ID field.
Enter the employee ID. In this example, enter "35179121".
You can enter the date, or use the calendar to look up.
In this example, click the calendar.
To enter the start date, click the drop down list.
In this example, we will use a start date of January 14, 2011.
Select the date. In this example, select 14.
To run the report, click the Search button.
On this screen you can view the time and labor reported for the week, for Justin Time. The screen shows the individual Time Reporting Codes (TRCs).
For more detail, click the Detail Page link.
This payable time detail screen shows the week in a day by day format. To look at more detail for a particular day, click the More link next to that day.
The More Payable Time Information screen shows the payable status, i.e., if the time or leave is pending approval, has been approved, and/or has been paid.
To exit click the scrollbar.
Click the OK button.
To exit the screen, click the Return to Search button.
You have now completed the example of how to find, and read, the Payable Time Summary and Detail screens.
