Using View All to View All Rows

In this exercise, you will:

• Practice navigating a module in myUFL

• Practice using the View All link

• Review myUFL screens containing several rows

This exercise will use the Asset Management module in myUFL as an example. Remember, most modules in myUFL have similar features.

To learn more about Asset Management, attend PST922 Receiving Goods and Assets 9.1.

Click the Asset Management folder icon.

For this example, we will search by Tag Number.

Click the Tag Number list.

For this example, the Tag ID of the asset is 000000229641.

Enter "229641" into the field.  You can omit the leading zeros since you are using "contains" as a search parameter.

Click here to scroll to the bottom of the page.

Click the View All link to view all 10 of the rows on one page.

The Asset Acquisition Detail tab contains information such as:

• Total Cost Amount

• Whether or not the asset is capitalized

Notice that the screen is only showing 1 of 10 rows.

Notice that you can now see all 10 rows on one page.

Using View All to View All Rows

You have practiced navigation in myUFL, experienced a portion of the Asset Management module, and used the View All link to view multiple rows.
